Amazing, fun, outstanding and incredible. Our server, Michelle made the evening so memorable. She had recommendations and wonderful conversation and was so easy to talk too.
As big fans of Round Man, we had high hopes for Strong Man—and it delivered. Our server, Heather, was incredibly warm and welcoming. The pulled pork sandwich was so good, the brisket tacos were delicious, and their homemade BBQ sauces took everything to the next level. The Mac n cheese was divine as well! Strong Man is a must-visit for when we are up at our cabin. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I just ate here. I got the Taco Kit with brisket for the meat. Nicely satisfying and lite meal. The side I chose was the hot honey sprouts. They were great!!! My husband got the brisket mac. The mac portion was perfectly sized and the brisket topping was delicious. I would suggest providing the option to double the brisket because he LOVES brisket and it is delicious here. He also loved the sprouts side! We highly recommend stopping here! Brooke was our server and she provided excellent service. We had some questions about the menu and she provided excellent descriptions and recommendations. She is very personable which really helped to make the experience even better.
We had a great experience. Ordered bayou shrimp ( 2 orders), burnt ends for appetizers for the four of us. Shrimp were spicey and cooked perfect. Burnt ends were very tasty also. We had 4 different meals and all were very good. Irish red ale was excellent. Well worth the over hour drive to get there. Michelle L was great waitress. Sister-in-law had brought us there, we will be back.
Pulled pork sandwich was really good! The pineapple BBQ sauce was excellent! Would definitely visit again!
For the little town of Trego, this place is great. Sat outside last summer with a bunch of family members. Had very good service. Lots of different food choices were ordered. Brisket sand was great. My wife loved her nearly-burnt (on purpose) brussel sprouts. I enjoyed the Ha-Spoonah Colada and Red Right Hand beers. We'll be back summer 2025.
First time here, highly impressed! Will absolutely be back try rest of the menu. Free peanuts in the shell are available for munching while waiting.
